Ditto for me here too on Daz and PoserPros. :(

ratscloset ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 6:42 AM

Well PP is up for me this morning, but not DAZ. As I said elsewhere, that is to be expected when you bring a new baby home. Someone forgets to set the alarm clock and everyone is running late! lol! Are these Blocks, or textures for the Free Blocks from the Newsletter?

No go up to post 21 and Rachel R has a link there. Btw, thanks Rachel R!

My idea of rebooting is kicking somebody in the butt twice!

Ardiva ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 6:53 AM

I got into PP now. :)

PageOfCups ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 7:01 AM

PP is OK - but not DAZ :( grumbles

rty ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 7:12 AM

Well, now DAZ dissapeared altogether from my radar. MIA.

guslaw ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 7:46 AM

I was able to purchase and d/l a few things last night (didn't get the Mill baby yet though), but I did NOT get the usual e-mail confirmations of my purchase and charges. That left me a bit confused but now I know why. I guess I got in just under the wire before DAZ went ka-blooey...

They better fix the site soon!! Im getting withdrawal smptomes!!!

drawbridgep ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 8:10 AM

I'm still having trouble. What exactly are they playing at over there. Don't they know most of us don't have real lives and rely on DAZ?

They're in Utah and probably don't know there is a problem yet.

Same here. Did anyone check the fundraiser thing? Its also showing a millenium morph bundle as one of the items now. I'm not happy at all about that. I already have most of those morphs and frankly I still want that $50 voucher.

OH RATS... Daz is still down..... Yo, pangyao.... bring out the sake... KAMPAIII..... Looks like a long nite ahead of us.

ratscloset ( ) posted Fri, 16 December 2005 at 8:56 AM

The Mil Morph Bundle, like Bryce Offer the other day, does not qualify towards the needed 12 to get the $50 Voucher. Only the new items (one each weekday) count towards the Voucher.

Daz is back, and I did not have to login again.

Mathman, no "Adrian" or "Damian" but there are "Rosemoyra's Babies" in PC. ;-)

Login was ok this afternoon for me and downloading wasn't slow.

This is one of the longest "non-debate" threads that I've ever seen. I'll probably download the Mil Baby.....although I don't have any idea what for. I've never rendered a single Poser scene with a baby in it since I've been using Poser -- and that goes back to Poser 2.

This is one of the longest "non-debate" threads that I've ever seen.

I should qualify that by saying that I'm not including the various DAZ forum "endless threads about virtual cotton candy". Now those threads have even the longest old-time "killer" threads here at Rendo beat by miles.......(don't get me wrong -- threads about nothing can be fun).

......but all of the old "killer" Rendo threads have long since floated out into the ethernet sea: so it's not possible to make one-on-one comparisons with any degree of accuracy. We'll just have to leave it up to the historians and to forumite archivists.

This is just to bring this threat up to a nice 3/4 century mark (75). btw, I just ordered the Mill 3 baby and like XENOPHONZ, I have no clue what for or why...

oops, I missed it. X beat me to it.... I guess the next 'target' is 100
