Hi Skog, You can rename the .ez file to a .zip and you should be fine. I've reset your download incase you need to get the file again. Clint

Purchased the Hmann Sky-Water and Ground Packs earlier in the month; went to download them and elicited "securedownload.ez" instead of the indicated *.zip files. Does this require resetting?
