There are many tuturials in the tutorials section about this problems. Don't worry just take a look at it, these are no big problems.I usually blow my models up by 10,000 so that I can get a very easily editable mesh. I start by making the model a "copy" in Max, and then blow up the copy. That way, I can edit the big version, and then do an "export selected" of the small copy. That was one of the best tricks I got from the tutorials. Good Luck!

When I import an .obj file from Poser, it turns out bumpy. Also, it does not allow me to edit the eyes, lips, teeth, etc. Can good images be made from importing .obj from Poser 4, to Max 4? Are there special plugins that allow it? I use a plugin to make the .obj file about 1000 times bigger, then import using the ObjtoMax plugin from Habware (I think Habware). I end up with a bumpy figure with only main parts editable. Can I apply a P4 bitmap to the figure in Max? If so, then how would I do it? Thanks.
