Hello.:-) I am wondering if I can have external object presets. My hard disk is going to be slow so big files I have. So, it should be great have all them in another drive (D for example)so Bryce would can load them. If so, how can I do that? I am running Bryce 5.01. Thank you very much in advance.:-)

i don't think you can actually save obp's and what not anywhere else outside the presets folder in Corel/Bryce, but you can always install Bryce on a free'er drive and take advantage of that.. drac

I stripped out the presets I don't use and store them on another drive. When I have a project that needs them I just copy them over to the Bryce folder. Works for me!

Thanks.:-) That is what I am doing. I just dont think is a practic thing because take a while to move big files. I thought Bryce have a place where I could change path for my presets, something like: Presets path=D:/Bryce/Presets but I didn't find nothing under C:/Bryce, at least nothig I can edit.

You could use: c:/Bryce/presets2 which would give you easy access to your stuff without it loading into Bryce. (You have to create the folder of course - just in case you're new at this....)

C:/Bryce/presets2 ? That can be interesting in the future, because I was asking myself how many "categories" I can have. I have all the allowed 14 Installed presets already and I am using User option already. So, it looks is possible extend that by creating Presets2 folder. How it will works, please? What I have to do for bryce load it? Could I create also on D: (or whatever)?

In the same folder that you have: Installed + User categories you can add as many as you like eg: Installed User User2 User3 User4 etc..............
