Havnt had time for a shot of cam bag and contents...an old shot but...never use the tripod outside...just for macro inside...the f4 500mm is permanently fixed on my Canon 5D...(shown here is with the 1D Mk ii)..the 1D Mkii is now married to my Canon 70-200 2.8 IS USM...use the 5D with the 500 all the time now....but yeah...most hand holdable. Use a 4 gig 80 x Lexar compact flash card on the 5D,(at 12.8 megapixels, soon fills up!) other stuff in the bag:

Wifes Canon 10D body
Canon 100mm Macro
Canon 17-40 f4 IS USM
Canon 24-105 f4 IS USM
Canon 100-400 f4.5-f5-6 IS USM
Canon 580 Speedlite Flashgun
Canon MR 14 EX Macro Ring Flash
Canon Extenders, 1x4 and 2x (makes 500 into 700mm or 1000mm)...can stack them up)..but lose a couple of stops!
Canon extension tubes, 12mm and 25mm (gets even closer for macro work...(again, can stack them up to 37mm)
Lexar 2 gig and 1 gig cards
Lens cleaner with cloth
60 gig iPOD
Pen, notebook
Canon remote release
3 Manfrotto Pro monopods
Spare cam batteries (for all bodies)
Circular polariser
18 inch and 12 inch reflectors
Various filters
New Laptop (specs spesh for images!)
Phototainer (again, back up)
Light meter
3 cam bags (for diff occasions)
Always take the 5D with the 500mm and the 1D Mkii with the 70-200 out with me. Two diff working cams each in a class of its own!
The 70-200 is also a great walkabout lens regardless of its size!...yeah, its Pro and white!...people know on the street!...prefer that over the 100-400..faster.
S'ok, all insured!
At home, just have good studio stuff equip and other bits!

For those that like to add up the cost...dont!!!!!!!!

One day, I will post a shot of my stuff but atm, not possible.
So they ya go...

HOLY MOLEY ... What a TREAT seeing your STUFF! You know, my daughter plays hockey, and there's a guy there that uses this same exact thing!!! I found myself watching him use it more than watching the game! LOL Thank you soooo much for sharing!
