Purchased PoseMagic by william the Bloody yesterday. Al that downloaded was an 1kb .ez file. Help please? Thanks.

Hi masha, Thank you for shopping at the Renderosity MarketPlace. Please rename the .ez to .zip and see if that works. Please let me know if you still have problems. Deb

Thanks Debbie, but it's a 1kb file. That can't be it can it? I just read the faq and see Firefox isn't supported, plus it uses a download manager so I guess that was the prob. but it seems download now needs resetting please? Thanks :)
