can i use Satoko alone without using morph packages from Daz3d?

She's a standalone figure. You'd only need DAZ's body morphs if you attach her head to one of DAZ's figures and want to morph that body.

If you plan on using just Satoko as stand alone, recommend you purchase her clothing & expasion pack. As it contains all her extra expression & body morphs and is a seperate package. As far as I know it isn't available at DAZ, rather here in the marketplace. But also well worth the purchase :)
