I'm still making all the little creatures for my underwater scene. These shrimp took several hours and this is version 2. The first was a mock-up test. I'm not happy with the shells texture.. too plain. The legs move with morphs, and I don't want to add bones to something that I'll make so many of... just need poses for standing and swimming (backwards). I'm having so much with C5 and the vertex room! Everyone take care.

I think they look great! I bought C5 and Hexagon, but have not modelled anything yet. Do you know of any good resources to learn modelling?

This site is where I've been coming for help and inspiration. The video clips from Eovia site are good. Lots of luck and have fun! I have a problem with assigning duplicated tenticles for an octopus I'm working. I made one tenticle, duplicated it in vertex room, and now want to assign names to each tenticle so I can adjust weights and easily sellect, but one is all I can name... I try naming ploygons, edges, etc. giving each unique name, and it keeps listing only the last tenticle... What do you (all) - yall think is the problem? R

Here is an octopus test, the second model I've tried. I don't like the bends, think I need more bones. Also, the model texture is not right yet. Any suggestions? Robert
