I dont know if anybody has already posted any info about this software, but here it is anyway... Xfrog is kind of like LSystem in what it does but is much more friendly to peoples who dont want to have to enter text based commands to create models...Xfrog can make all sorts of organic/non organic forms, trees, flowers, trees with flowers coral, aneomes, microbes, spores, ect, ect, ect, just about anything biological entity u can think of in that vein... all parameters are editable including the wireframe resolution making it very export friendly, it exports to DXF, OBJ. ect, and the models come into Bryce in groups, already smoothed. Here are some things I made, and exported to and rendered in Bryce after my first and second session with Xfrog... each "thing" took around 10/15 minutes to produce inside Xfrog, plus the x-port and rendertime in Bryce, (which wasn't very long). The site has a 30 day trial version which is fully functional for thirty days...Check it out at this adress http://www.greenworks.de/greenWeb2/Templates/start.html (I think thats right)

Those are beautiful ... and they offer a 50% discount for academic users ! (The fact that I'm an academic has nothing whatsoever to do with my interest in modeling, but you get it where you can ... )
