hi Lin, well, of course I am partial, but XfrogTune is great. It is also much fun to use. My suggestion is to download it from xfrog.com and try it. It is very intuitive, you can reduce trees in real time by just zooming in-out of them. Of course you can also edit parameters if you prefer. My suggestion is to download it immediately from xfrog.com and try it. It is very intuitive (and in any case it has documentation). Then once you have verified what it can do, buy it immediately from daz3d.com while it's for sale there at 30% off (until January 19th.) Don't miss the sale. Orio p.s. one thing to know before purchase: Tune works only with branching structures: trees, shrubs, branching plants etc. Also branching abstracts of course. It is not made to work with other kind of models such as flowers or non-branching plants (such as some cacti).
Thanks for the quick responses - I do have one eye on the calendar, keeping the sale in mind. I will download the demo. @h-kana: I can't tell the difference - this sounds and looks too good to be true. Lin
Yep - I'm ordering it tonight. I tried the demo - looks great. It will make a huge difference with ecos.

Does anyone have any experience with Xfrog Tune? It is rather appealing (especially at sale price) - Xfrog trees do tend to increase render times dramatically, especially in ecos. And I love using them. I'd appreciate any information Lin
