"What 3D Program Should I buy?" Not one person here can really tell you what's best for you, as everyone has their own taste in workflow. Try the demo or learning edition of the program you're interested in, this is the only way to find out which programs you like.

"Inciditental"? Looks like a fine site though. Thanks for the pointer :)didn't mean to step on any toes there...jumped the gun a little, sorry again =) thats explained in the 'why create this primer' section at the beginning Incidental Information Littered throughout the webpages are incidental information paragraphs (In Italics and Orange). Please feel free to ignore these as they are, by their very nature, incidental. They are snippets of information I have added for interest but are not essential to the modeling process. I have used a lot of reference from the Wikipedia online encyclopedia as I find it invaluable as a source of information.

a new site and forum about, you geussed it, subdivision modeling, its not fully up and launched yet, but this will be one of the best sites out there IMHO just wanted to share =)
