...show us your work area! You know that place where you sit and do your postwork or surf the net or chat via IM. The area where your computer is located. I have been unable to access the "Simon archives" I know a thread was done on this in the forum a long time ago, I don't recall seeing a Simon on this but I figured what the hey! ;) Brenda :)

Hi Brenda yours looks pretty tidy compared to mine .... and some of your lovely images on the wall too, I haven't printed any of mine yet :( Is that an aquarium I see? Modesty I see your cat loves the office too! Are those your paintings on the wall? And that desk looks like it could be an antique? I'll see if I can get a pic of my 'office' when I get back home. Gotta go now ... Noeline

Hi Noeline Yes sometimes there are 4 cats...to crowded..refered to my oppinion.. not theirs..LOL!! Yes they are my paintings. And yes the, desk is pretty old..made of solid Oak. God night dont let the bedbuggs bite ;)

Nice that you both display your images framed there. Nowhere but behind me for that. Love antiques and other old furniture Modesty. Just over 5 years ago I said I would probably never own a computer. The 2 Sony's are networked together so I can slide things back and forth and have good working space. Kinda cool you can drag the Photoshop or PSP over both monitors to have a real wide space. When working on a website I have a ton of images on board, and hate clutter. Same as when doing LWIG. Brenda...I think we have done this and could look, but what the hey...always neat to snoop in on the digs.

Okay...so this is where i "work". That bottom one is suppose to be my office although i never sit there. I always use my laptop instead...sitting on the couch in the livingroom where i have full access to all the remote controls...sigh. I dont know about you, but i always have my TV on....as company if you will. I like the "noise"...especially from shows like Simpsons. And here i was calling Doug a geek...shame on me. #:oP

Well we should do one of remote controls LOL One thing is I do not watch tv unless it is a DVD. I watch racing and hocky on my monitor here if I feel the urge. But can still work on an image or RR while it is behind the window down in corner. You can tell the ones who are not blind..My monitors are like a few inches away from my face. looking close I am right up there sometimes. Cool lappy andreas.

Doug...how'd my laptop make it all the way to your desk? LOL At least they're very similar :) I don't really have a work area at all since I'm on the laptop and keep moving around from one day to another. So I'll enjoy your piccies in here instead :) Modesty...I can see that you're having company at the keyboard...lol...I always had a cat sleeping on the monitor when I lived in Sweden...em...a few years ago now :p

LOL, youre right Christa. She does have a cat there...and so do i. Well on the couch beside me at least. Very social things they are. And Doug...i NEVER watch TV. I just keep it on for the noise, lol. As im typing this im "watching" a movie called Dragons World - A fantasy made real....kinda cool from the look of it...but then again...im too busy with RR so what would i know, lol. #:oP

Great thread Brenda. It is so fun to peek into everyone's little computer world. There was a similar thread before, but not exactly like this. Here's my office at work where I'm fortunate to have quite a nice set-up, cluttered though it may be. The walls are covered: with notes, family photos, ads I've done for the business, and that huge Pink Floyd poster on the right wall. To the right is another PC workstation, currently unoccupied. Behind me is an $8k color laser printer. I currently have the office to myself...let's hope it stays that way, I like my space! ;] Great images all, I could comment on all of them but it would take forever, hahah. I do have to ask though, is that a Thomas Kinkaid on the dinning room wall Jeff?

I tidied up,too...And in the process of moving my surge suppressor,(because it looked ugly, and I'm a woman, and godforbid my kitchen should look ugly,lol),...accidentally hit the power button... Sigh... Which means my stupid Vaio went into this weird hibernation state that Sony apparently has no cure for. :^( So now I will only have lappy until the darn thing wakes up,which will be sometime within the next 3 days...sigh. Anyway, here it is.The back of lappy and (grrrrr!) Vaio....

I might post a pic later, but all i got is an iMac in a bedroom semi-office. Kort how long does you're back-up battery last during black-outs? its nice to see where the "Deep Ice" shots where (and how) done. Oh guys my room/office is probably the messiest. Doug it looks like you prefer pet mice on you're desk of instead cats . ;^]

Oh and I see Dandi! :) coolj001 a cool laptop with an even cooler design on the screen! TY Margana...You see I suddenly realized it is not considered politically correct now-a-days to tell most people "I Love You". So I will not say this anymore to anyone. From my understanding...back in the days of old...saying "I Love You" was considered common...even amongst Men, and they were not even considered homos(not that I am gay for the record) So I once again appologize for my inapropriate, politically incorrect behaviour, and hope I didn't freak you out too much.
