Subject: Problems Downloading

I can't download my Panacea Pookling upgrade - order no. 111001297. It keeps saying the file doesn't exist and now I've exceeded my download limit. I want my Pookie!! :::pout::: :)

rjghise? I discovered something earlier that might help. You get two confirmation ebots from here about your purchase. If you use the link in the short ebot they send, you can get the download very easily. I found that out by going directly to the download page after buying something and it not working. I went to my mail and used that link and presto.. download went very smooth. Hope that helps you too. Janet

Janet - I tried but because I've exceeded my download limit if it was going to work it didn't - IYSWIM! Thanks anyway :)

Oh...I'm really sorry. I think I'll be doing it that way from now on to avoid it happening in the near future. At least until they can get that particular bug worked out as well. Hang tight. I'm sure they'll reset it as soon as possible. Janet

I have been unable to download Cyber-Seat, order 361401. Internet Explorer cancelled my previous download attempts immediately, and now I have exceeded my limit. If you could reset this, I would be grateful.
