Hi Barbara, You're all set now :) In the old version of the MP, you weren't allowed to use instore credit AND another form of payment on the same order. The new system allows that, but since the PayPal payment is "partial" payment, it's not able to automatically activate the downloads. We're trying to sort out some logic that may be able to be implemented in order to do this automatically, but with the new system, we were trying to accomodate the numerous requests of using instore credit with another method of payment. Hello Debbie, I need your assistance regarding my last order 111001667. I have paid with paypal and I have already received the confirmation from paypal that the payment has been sent so rero. Unfortunately my order still shows unpaid. Could you pls be so kind and have a look what's happend here.
