I just purchased 3 items....Can't get them to download, now I need a reset on one of them. Am beyond frustrated with Renderosity right now....Used to be my favorite place to shop...now it is just frustrating and difficult to shop, browse, period.

Hi! I reset your downloads. Have you updated your browser? If you're not already, we suggest using Internet Explorer. If you can give me more info. I can try to help. Thanks Mendy H.

Thanks! I am using Internet Explorer 6. When I try to click on the download link it tries to go and then just times out... When I try to right click and save target as....It says it can't be cached and closes...

Hi webster2772, If you are using any download managers or accelerators please disable these since our systems dont support these tools. Let us know if you continue to have problems. Thanks for shopping at Renderosity. Clint

I'm having the same problem -- I try to DL, it churns for a while, then it says it cannot DL. I try a few more times, then it says I've exceeded the limit...

I don't need a reset.. yet lol.. but I thought I would mention that I have also been having trouble with IE 6. My problem started when I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2006. When I try to download with IE it either times out or freezes at 1%. Opera freezes at 4%. Firefox gets the download completed ONLY if I babysit the pc. If it goes idle for a few minutes the download cuts off. And being on dialup just makes it soooo much more annoying :( Maybe someone can figure out what the problem is. I haven't been able to find anything yet. Michelle

Hi Michelle, ... "My problem started when I upgraded to Norton Internet Security 2006." Sounds like thats the problem. I dont know this software but it sounds like its security settings might be a little to high. Clint

My settings seem to be the same as they always have been. That is why the download situation confuses me. I can't find any reason for it to be happening. I was hoping that someone else was having the same problem so that I could have another brain to help figure it out. Michelle

Hi Michelle, Can you disable the Norton Internet Security for a few minutes to try the download and see if it works? Clint

Yeah sure. I was going to try that tonight anyway lol. I'll use an older purchase so that I won't waste the one I need to download :D Michelle

Direct clicking on the link ends up with doing nothing for several minutes and then timing out. Right Click Save Target As works and I made it through the 1% freeze. I won't be able to finish the download this time but I will try a full download tonight. Dial up + large files = late night downloads (The only time I can guarantee no incoming calls or someone else needing the phone or net) I will let you know the results. Michelle
