Hi, Esther. what you need is better lighting in Carrara. If you had open the poser file via transposer and it brings the poser lights you will see that the hair looks really good. You imported the poser file into your scene so you need to work on the lights to give it a good look another thing that you may want to do is double click each hair part and edit its settings to make it thinner etc.
