This question (or one like it) came up at Poser Pros recently. To summarise - try turning on IK for the afflicted hand once it's posed; try changing the camera view slightly; or check that there are no trans settings applied to the fingers (however you'll need to show the dials for that). This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. I'm having a weird problem with one particular V3 character model. It will be fine for a while, and then suddenly the fingers of one or both hands become stuck in 3D space. When this happens, any movement of the model or arm results in the fingers not moving, or the outer joints of the fingers not moving, and the hand or inner joints stretches like taffy to connect the new position of the arm in space with the stuck fingers. If I apply a pose, the pose takes correctly, but then any further adjustment of the arm or body starts the distortion again as the fingers are stuck in their new 3D position. Can anyone tell me how to cure this problem, please? I just don't understand how it arises. I will be posing the figure just fine, then I save the file, and come back to it, and the fingers are stuck. The only way I can have found to proceed is to clear it and load it again from the cr2.
