Subject: Frames on Gallery Images

Moebius87 ( ) posted Mon, 23 January 2006 at 6:25 AM · edited Tue, 13 August 2024 at 6:47 AM

I know that there is probably a good techinical reason for having border frames implemented around gallery images... but they sure do look ugly.

I like my images without frames... and if I wanted frames on them, I would put them in myself. If I did put them in, I would step them back from the actual edge of my image.

My point is that the techincal/engineering aspect here is starting to tread on the aesthetic side of things. In summary, my request is that you please make your magic invisible. That's almost like paraphrasing Antoine de Saint-Exupy... "what is essential is invisible to the eye".

Thanks... hope you take this request seriously. M

Thank you very much, Sandy. I thought it was an "improvement", never even thought it might have been a glitch. :oP Thanks again for taking care of this so very quickly. :o) Cheers! M
