Subject: Alpha Channels ???

I need some help... I use poser alot, and I am trying to just select the character from the bland grey background... I heard you can use Alpha channels to do this... How do you accomplish this?? TIA. Nick

Save your render as Photo Shop (.psd) or tif and Poser will save an Alpha Channel with it. Open the file in Photo Shop and click on the channel tab of the box in the lower right of the screen (or from the menu click on load channel). From there you can select the alpha channel. On a Mac you click on the channel while holding down the command key to make a selection, on a PC I would imagine it's the control key. Jim
