Subject: script for props?

RawArt ( ) posted Wed, 25 January 2006 at 6:02 AM · edited Wed, 12 February 2025 at 11:52 PM

Does anyone know of any python script or any other utility that can take a prop file made in PP and convert the materials in it to P6 (or P5), and save it again as a prop? I have a set with about 100 props, and I really do not want to go through all of them to re-apply the materials manually for each version. Rawn

There are a couple of Wacros that will convert bump maps attached to the Gradient Bump channel to either Bump channel or Displacement channel. You'd still have to save the prop manually, though.
