Subject: A strange issue in Renderosity thumbnails gallery images!

raffyraffy ( ) posted Sat, 28 January 2006 at 5:34 AM ยท edited Thu, 26 December 2024 at 6:20 AM

Hi to everyone, since a few days, I have noticed that I can't see the thumbnails, in any Renderosity gallery, but I can see normally the images by clicking on the images name. I have verified the thumbnails settigs in my Profile and it's correctly marked "yes". Someone, can help me to understand what is my problem ? Thanks a lot! Ciao, Luigi.

Can you check if you have a pop-up blocking program in place ? google bar, norton, etc.... The gallery now opens up a new window when you click on an image (that was done to prevent reloading the gallery all the time when you return from an image, and improve performance of the whoe server that way). I will report the issue to the developers.

I think Luigi means he can see the normal images, but not the thumbnails. That shouldn't really have anything to do with a pop-up blocker right? What browser do you use?

You are right... I understood it the other way around. I'm not sure what could cause that.

This is an example when I open my Vue gallery, but it's the same for every Renderosity gallery. In this case it's visible only one thumbnail.

I see about 95% of them but not all

It seems software like 'zone alarm' think the thumbnails are ads. You may want to check with whatever ad blocking software you have installed. Check out the link...

Thanks very much Agiel !!! I have solved the problem. It was just a bad setting of Zone Alarm! Thanks again!
