Subject: Bug, or error on my part?

I tried to import a tiff as a terrain map earlier and I kept getting flat maps - all my details missing. I -was- able to import a bmp of the same image. Is this a bug, or possibly an error on my part in the tiff? Tiffs can be LZW or not, and I'm wondering if that or any other factor might be important. The manual doesn't say much, in fact I found nothing, on importing terrain maps.

Darn...I remember somebody on carrara lists with what I thing is similiar...I think orio. I think it is a minor bug. Like you can recreate the map and everything is still there it is just looking like it is flat. let me see if I can find the link.

I believe they are fixing that one.
