With [Advanced Library](http://neocron.lunarpages.com/library) you can browse your Poser runtime(s). You can also set it up so it copies files to predefined folders when you double click them. As Carrara remembers the folder you last loaded files from, you don't need to find the files with Carrara after having located them in your Runtime ;-)This site uses cookies to deliver the best experience. I finally downloaded my Carrara Pro 5 after tracking down a missing email from Element5 and I'm quite impressed but I have a question about poser files & Carrara.
I'm sure I'll still occasionally need to use Poser for now but Carrara native poser support meets my needs so far except for browsing: I miss my thumbnails. Various products I've purchased have the unfortunate habit of providing meaningless filenames and rely on the thumbnail for navigation.
Is there anyway to either see the thumbnails in the file browser or view the poser thumbnails in a simple app (something that loads faster is and smaller than Poser ;-) ?
Most of my work to date has consisted of importing poser figures into Carrara and with all due respect to Poser fans, I don't like Poser much and would like to eliminate it from the process as it would save a great deal of time and avoid the clunky poser i/f.
