I have a querstion, cause I am a little bit confused right now. I purchased the "MidnightFever - Lilly"a while ago, then I read a tread in the poserforum that the store of one of the merchants of this product was closed because of copyright violation. I did not know if that was about this product too, cause I hadn't recieved any mail about it, but could not longer find the item in the store. So I wrote to Clint and asked, and he sent me a copy of the mail that was sent out to all the people who had purchased that item, and it was saying that we got our money back in instore credit. I never recieved that message until I asked myself, and yes, I do allow all messages from renderosity in my mailbox. Now I can see that one product I had in my wishlist, a texture for the clothes in that package is still in the marketplace, and 4-5 texture packages too. for example this one: http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=43563 or this.. http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=43750 I also see a post in the gallery with the clothes dated the 30th of january http://www.renderosity.com/viewed.ez?galleryid=1146454&Start=1&Artist=mariny&ByArtist=Yes I have not used my instore credit, and with all this textures still for sale here at renderosity, I really wonder if this product is not allowed to use or what? If not, how can textures still be sold for the product, and people do uploads with the clothes? I am so confused about this, is this product allowed or not, and haven't everyone been noticed about it if it's not? Why sell anything in the Marketplace if it cannot be used? Hi Hedda, The clothing part of the pack was not in violation. It was the morphs for V3. So you can continue to use the clothing if needed. Clint

Thank you for the answer Clint :) It's ok to know that the clothes can be used. But since neither I resived that message about copyright or mariny did not either, maybe they should be sent out again..maybe it has been a fault in the system after the Marketplace became new? I suppose we are not the only ones who did not recive it. Thanks for answering you too mariny :)

Hi Hedda, I need to make a correction in my statement. If you received a refund for the product you need to remove it from your system and shouldnt use any part of it going forward. Clint

Hi Clint :) That's okay, I haven't used neither the character or the clothes :) But maybe the textures that is in the marketplace for the outfit should be removed then? If you received a refund for the product you cant use any part of it and it should be removed from your system. Clint
