Hello.I delete accidnty the shortcut to desktop on taskbar.Hpw to find it again.Many thanks

How to re-create the Show Desktop icon on the Quick Launch bar by Microsoft Help PS... I found this by typing Show Desktop shortcut in the Google search...:>)

I know you didn't ask this, but you can also show the desktop by holding down the Windows key (the key with the Windows logo), and tapping the 'm' key.

merci beaucoup Many thanks.I have restored now my short cut with yours suggestions.I didn't know that this shortcut was associated to a script;i never delete it from my initial installation of Window Xp

Just an FYI - Windows Key + M = Minimze All. All windows are minimized, showing desktop. Press it a 2nd time & nothing happpens (can't minimize all when they are already minimized.) Windows Key + D = Desktop. All windows are minimized, showing desktop. Press it a 2nd time, all windows come back to where they were! - Jimdoria ~@>@

Thanks for the shortcuts. Didn't know about them. Is there a list somewhere of other WindowsKey shortcut combos?
