Our goal is to respond to support tickets within 24 hours, 7 days a week.
I think when you add a coupon or apply in store credit, it renews that page with the new numbers on (less to pay at the bottom). If the coupon/credit completely covers it, you'll get a bill for $0 to pay, but you have to go through that part anyway.
I was a little confused the first time but it seems ok now.

I clicked the buttons on my Shopping Cart to checkout
forgot the names now!
Checkout ?
then Payment Info on next page.
I added a coupon for a discount then kept being taken back to the beginning shopping cart when I clicked the buttons again I would go in a circle. I also had to fill in my card details each time - big hassle
Just as I got desperate and was going to come here, the circle stopped and it gave me the page to fill in my credit card stuff.
All was OK then.
However as I seemed to have completed my purchase I got another page saying I'd made a $0 purchase Order# 111008812
Which now appears on my account.
Everything downloaded OK so no problems but I thought I should let you know.
I have to comment that the new system does seem more confusing and doesn't work so well as the old.
