A friend sent me the AW Diamond Collection as a gift, but when I attempt to download it, the very first time, I get a message stating that I've exceeded the maximum amount of downloads. Heh! Can you flip some switch or something?

You need to send it into store@renderosity.com as listed on the bottom of the receipt you received via email. Deb

If you purchased with a credit card, you need to send the toll free # off the back of your card. If you purchased with paypal, you need to send in the name and email address that your paypal account is registered with. This information needs to be sent into store@renderosity.com Deb

Debbie, I don't have a credit card or pay pal account. I bought the item using my income as a merchant (heh! $5). There's no data I can send, nor was I asked to send any... Does this mean I can't buy that gift for bovie? What do I do?

Sorry about the mix-up, we didn't realize it was purchased with your InStore credit. The first-time buyer verification isn't needed when you're a merchant. Your gift purchase has been activated, and bovie can download it now. My apologies, Jenifer
