Ok..no image here or anything, just something I found quite amusing. I do photography as a school subject, and my teacher is a really funny and artistic guy, with lots of talent. He has worked as a semi professional photographer for 20 years odd, but in his lifetime he had never been able to work out what the f in f-stops stands for. So he promised anyone who could find out what the f stands for would get a free film and a Chupa Chup. Being in constant need of cash, I thought a free film would be nice to have..so I started searching for the answer. And guess what. In his career as a photographer, all the time he had been wondering, the answer had been right there in front of him - he just didn't think it would be there, so he never bothered looking. Yeah guess where it was - the dictionary! I got a free ASA400 b/w film for looking a word up in the dictionary.... Life is sweet! ~M~

Now that is something!! Looking it up in the dictionary really works!! My mom used to tell me to do that all the time and now I have a dictionary next to both computers. Great job and can't wait to see some pictures you take with the free film.. Leigh

Ok, dumbass me is gonna admit to not having a dictionary, and is gonna ask what it stands for.....someone had to..... (oh, and what flavour Chupa Chup? I might just get jealous!)

Ha Ha Ha!!! Chupa Chups are lollies - a particularly nice lolly that comes in such flavours as toffee and cream, banana etc. Crunchy, they are. Look, here's one!!! (I know what you're thinking, don't ask.....)

Mmmmmm lollies...I like apple chupa chups..they're nice and tangy.. the f in f-stop stands for focal length (number) by the way.

its focal length number....I meant to post that yesterday, and wow, toffee and cream chupa chups, beats the hell out of tangy ol charms pops......I used to love charms pops with the bubblegum in them. And I know that cause I asked Colm LLOLLLL

I know it's focal length number :P That's why I won the film..boohoo, he's not gonna give me my chupa chup though.
