Take care Cynlee, we will miss you as a mod just don't completely leave us. I hope doug wont be the only mod for too, long cuz it's probably to much work.

Question the question. Answer the question. Question the answer...

I wish I knew what I was gonna say :oP

#:o( Thats sad news indeed. A huge loss for all of us and well surely miss her. But we all need to do whats best for us and im sure she thought this through. She better not leave us all together though. #;o)

How come we say 'It's colder than hell outside' when isn't it realistically always colder than hell since hell is supposed to be fire and brimstone?

Well, I'm gonna miss Cindy as a Mod, 'cos she was doing a super job, being both very professional and fun at the same time. She knew when to paddle, she knew when to smile, she knew when to tickle our little chins... sigh I'm sure she'll stay with us, as one of us 'notty' kids, again :D Both 'Chelle and Cyn set the bar high for whomever will follow in their footsteps... THANK YOU CINDY! hugs

Well this is sad news and will be a huge loss to our gallery where as has been said her professional demeanour and fairness, and honesty has been always obvious among her many friends and admirers here. A friend of mine since I started here nearly 4 years ago.. I wish her every succes with her gallery she has started with Tedz.. Salute.. Hope to see you around all the same.. Danny

Renderosity has lost one of it's best Ambassadors , gone like "Dust in the Wind". Nice to see some Words of appreciation...but, they are just Words. Words piled upon Words, and in the end too many Words. Many have come and gone through this Photography Forum, both as Members and Staff and in the end they are all just "Dust in the Wind" Cynleee was, and still is the best....and....is still regarded by many as the Mod that Moderated the Moderators. Respect where respect is due ...now, it is gone. salute

Well I have deleted my too many words so be happy Monsignor !

We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---

Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

Eggiwegs! I would like... to smash them!

As usual Michelle doesnt miss a trick! Cyn will always be kind of special to me, as we connected almost from day one when I joined RR, along with a few others that were here at that time. I havent seen her here in the forum much lately, so to be honest I am not that surprised, that doesnt mean that I am nor saddened about her stepping down, because I am. As just an ordinary member I understand all too well that finding time to do all I want is hard, add Mod duties and it must be 10 fold the time needed. I will miss you Cyn, hey you know where to find me anyway. Nice to see you too Michelle.

Got a note about this sad news this morning by Ilona. Since I'm not much around at the moment I hadn't noticed yet. Just had to add my "two cents" here, too. I'd like to post a lil image for Cyn... as Monsignore said "too many words..." I checked my archives quickly and came up with this half decent work *blush* Salute to Cyn! Hi to everyone here! And best of luck and lots of strength and energy to Doug! Hugz... Moni

vlaaitje ( ) posted Fri, 24 February 2006 at 6:04 AM

ReBorne ( ) posted Fri, 24 February 2006 at 10:43 PM

Well, me and Cind had our moments when things got a bit abrasive between us, but apart from that I thought she did good.... friendships are truly brilliant things to hold on to, and I'm sure she'll be happy doing whatever in the future with the extra time..... as for Doug, man, get someone roped in quick bud, I've seen from the past how much of a tough job it is, and not one to be doing alone!!! Cyn, take care hon, and don't be a stranger, huh? (",)

Michelle A., perhaps you should do it again. I think you have much to offer as a moderator :-)

Raven_427 ( ) posted Sat, 25 February 2006 at 4:39 PM

sigh .. now, that Cyn has left, why should i be here again? I'm with Moni, having heard of this by a third party as i'm not around this place a lot these days but though dear Cyn and me haven't been of the same opinion every time, i've always admired her commitment to ReRo .. next to her being a very very special person. I'm sad to see you leave as a mod ... but perhaps this is the best decision for you as person and artist .. it's not up to me to decide .. but be assured, that i'll never forget what you've done to me. Thanks and all the best to you my dear! Hope to meet you again one day! Tom

This really is sad news. Cyn put her heart into helping run the photo forum and gallery, and she did it magnificently. She'll always have my respect, admiration and friendship.
