Has anybody tried Pose Magic? Reading the description looks interesting, but the example pictures are not looking so good. Any experiences?

I use it all the time...particularly for facial expressions. You just have to remember that a particular dial will only work if your character has that exact feature. For example, if your character has a Smile2 dial on the Head, then the Smile2 dial in Pose Magic will work...if not, then it does nada.

oh yes, I use it a lot...I have always spent LOTS of time on posing my characters, I am such a perfectionist...PoseMagic by William_the_Bloody has been a LIFESAVER and timesaver for me...I get fantastic poses and spend way less time creating them...actually, I even made a pose for the MilBaby3 and posted it here in freestuff, if you want to have a look and see what is possible using PoseMagic... now, I don't know if I'm going to explain this next part right, so if I'm wrong, someone please correct me...I think the poses are based EZ pose, and you need to "decode" them to save them to your pose library or to maek MAT Pose files so you can distribute them...Dizzi made a decoder for PoseMagic that now a Beta version and is free for personal use, but if you are going to make poses and sell them, you have to agree to buy it once PoseMagic2Pose is released to the marketplace...but it will be a very low price, around $5 I think...I hope this helps! Blonderella is basically right. They are not based on EZ pose (not even sure what that is) but since all poses are created on a ghost prop, they do not save as normal and need to be converted with Dizzi's utility if you want to distribute them. For your own purposes, they do not need to be converted. heli232, I can only say read the reviews, people are amazed at what they can accomplish with PoseMagic and I think most users would agree that they will use it every time they use poser. -WTB

I use PoserMagic,it's a very nice tool to work with. If your looking to create your own poses and not use those copycat designs, then this is what you want. Please fogive me for this shameless plug, but I added two images from my gallery that where created from "zero to finished" using only PoseMagic.
