And in my final hours - I would cling rather to the tattooed hand of kindness - than the unblemished hand of hate...
One of the things I love about Bryce is its ability to handle a huge number of polygons. Nice job, but I find the overhead perspective dizzying. Ever try rendering a different perspective?

Not any time soon, I actually took off 3 lights which were right above the buildings where those 3 red lasers go into the sky. Refused to let it render for more then the 12 hours it took. Unfortunately my other 2.5gig comp is a little slower and due to the fact is has 512 megs less ram, no way to let it render there over a few days. Now if I had another gig of ram, I might have gone back to it later, zoomed away from the center and started adding some satellite cities.

Normally dont pass off pictures much anymore, but this likely will be the largest scale picture I will make for some time. Head hurts too much. Recently upgraded to 1.5gigs ram and damned if I didnt use it all, need to get that last 512megs to top me out. All modelled in Xfrog, Rendered in Bryce 5. The gold ground shapes are just a picture I made in Photoshop and cut round/rectangles out of until I had a good semi mechanical grid. Mapped to a terrain.
