My congratulations also!! This thread gave me an idea for a pic!! A figure standing at the bottom of a hill, basking in adulation. 4 or 5 people running down from the top of the hill, chasing... A big Base Drum, that's Rolling down towards the figure at the bottom! Pic to be entitled "Drum Roll"... sigh If only I had the time/talent to do it:-(( Cheers, Diolma

Thanks for the thread, Rod, and thanks to everyone that voted for me and to those that voted for the other artists. Now that we've got our own month (that isn't joined with other galleries) its even more important that everyone that can vote does... to show that there's enough interest to not only warrant our own month but to keep it as well.

Thanks Danamo, erlik, drac, ekkie (hope things are on the mend),vangogh , pedrith, chohole, sans, ang, ardiva.

marcfx - deadset mate, I agree. There were quite a few in that list whose images I'd seen over the past couple of years and thought "Damn nice. Wish I could do that". If DAZ ever want a good example of the different things that bryce could do, the galleries for all the AOM nominees would've been a pretty good place to start for sure.

Bryster - no talk of babies please,... drac's flat out already giving birth, he couldn't survive any more - the teething and breast feeding is killing him.

Diolma - why not give it a go? Images like that are a lot of fun and this forum has plenty of people who'd be more than willing to help out if you got stuck.

Arry - can I trade the knighthood in for ICM's new PC?

A bit late, but better late than never. Congratulations. It was a tough vote, certainly not a landslide victory.

Thanks johnyf, skiwillgee, Creations, Quest.

Arry - he'll never notice its gone so you should be safe.

Jordan - yeah, I keep telling my gallery I want more from it as well, but it just sits staring blankly back at me. Interview?? - god I hope there's a make interview button.

Mahray - or the next time you put on a performance in Brissie ;)

Stoner - a (potentially non-witty and potentially non-inspiring) thankyou - all the same as everyone else gets :)

RobertJ - "a bit late, but better late than never" - spoken by someone who is very familar with bryce's renderer as well. It was definitely a tough choice - my money was on Beton actually - now there's someone who regularly impresses the hell out of me with his ability to finish an image.
