I just went through my checkout like normal, but this time you are telling me my address is incorrect for my credit card. I used the correct address and you took the money out of my account but NO downloads. My credit card was charged.. it's listed as Pending.. I am not going to try and repurchase for this to happen again and get charged for it and still NO downloads.. can someone look into this please.

Hello Kendall Credit Cards have a two step process. An authorization puts a "hold" on the funds and a settlement actually charges on your card. Your credit card was authorized, but not settled because the address and zip were not able to be verified. This means your card company shows an authorization from Bondware, Inc. as a "pending" charge; however, you will not actually be charged. It can take from 2 to 7 days for this "pending" authorization to be released from your credit card. You can contact your card company by the toll-free number on the back of your card to find out how long the charges will be in "pending" since they will not be settled. My address is correct.. guess I will not be purchasing anything from here any more cause the last three times I have I had problems with your system. I am not going to try it again and you all charge me again and hold up my money. There is nothing wrong with my card nor address. And I am tried of you all holding up my money for 7 days and not getting what I paid for! Deb

Deb,

Please understand that part of the verification of a credit card purchase is to verify the address matches the card this is for your (the cardholder) protection as well as the business you are purchasing from. Some banks/credit card companies don't participate in the verification system especially if its a small bank such as a credit union. Or other reasons it could not have been able to verify is if the bank was running a batch job or some other reason it was down at the time you were trying to process you're order. Or in you're case it may be the PO box that's causing the problem if the bank has a street address on you.
We can verify you're address over the phone if you call our toll free number (1-866-220-2949) then we can go in and manually "settle" you're pending charge.
You can also contact the bank and find out why the address isn't verifying and see if they will drop the pending charge if they know its not going to settle.

Well this way didn't work either.. they told me to repurchase my items!
