Subject: being told have exceeded max num of downloads even though ...

Hi, I sent an email about this about 3 hours ago, but as I haven't heard back, I thought I'd try here, too. I am already being told I have exceeded the maximum number of downloads for order id 111019470 even though I have not even successfully downloaded it yet. Apparently this is because the browser I was using had its own download manager built into it and automatically re-tried several times. (It is Internet Explorer based, and I did not realize it would be a problem.) In any case, I would very much appreciate it if you could reset something so I can download the product as I have not even suceeded once, much less the maximum number. And I will try to avoid letting the browser use its download manager next time. Thank you.
