Subject: Swimsuit Trans. map and Bryce

Do transparency maps import into Bryce? I created a figure using the swimsuit trans. map for the leotard. I exported it and imported it into bryce only to find.. A) Extra pieces show up in Bryce B) The transmap didn't do anything... it looks like a regular leotard after I delete the extra pieces. Thanks for any help!

Hi, Just got Poser4 so I haven't tested it yet, BUT it seems to me that you should be able to apply the transparency map in Bryce manually (in the material editor) if it didn't come over automatically. Have the material for you figure use a picture to map the areas for transparency. Let us know how it turns out - RJ

I've had some problems with this, too - and have not had time to try some possible solutions people were kind enough to suggest. See the recent thread in the Bryce Forum.
