Plantum Club memebers sometimes get items that are going away as freebies. And from the look of the list all of those have either been freebies in the past or gone the way of the dodo.

Yes, that's normal. I downloaded the ones that sounded interesting and left the ones I couldn't imagine myself using.

yep, sure is normal for Daz, it blew my mind too...I've never been disappointed with them or their customer service...and, 'cause I'm a packrat, I downloaded them ALL...cause ya just never know when yer gonna need something, and I'd rather have it and not use is than need it and not have it...that's why I have like, 35 runtimes, or thereabouts...no, really! ;)~ lol Karen

I'm a Platinum Club member oer at DAZ. I always grab whatever is free - ok, maybe 99.99 per cent of the time anyway. Never know when you need that one particular item. I don't always install the freebies right away though. Trying to keep a tight lid on my hard disk space.

That's what CD-R / DVD-R is for. If you aren't using it now, burn it to disc and have it around if you need it later. Not a member there myself, can't justify the price of joining on my budget.

That is the platinum Club freebie pack. Everyone who joins gets that.

seems they give a pack like that away once a year to PC members. I am a PC member and think it is an awesome deal - especailly if you plan to buy at least one item a month cause they give you a 5.00 coupon to use each month - but you can't use it on the PC (1.99) items. YYou also get a 30% discount. This is a good deal and makes it worth it.

coelacanthropy, download the goodies as soon as possible, they might disappear unexpectedly! It happened to many people already. DAZ is willing to give the stuff away for free but it will not sit in your available downloads forever :) Michal 4blueyes

FWIW, I just joined, got this pack too. I loved them Zygote - excellent & individual customer service - and love them as DAZ too...

NOTE: If you think you might ever use them, Download and Archive. These Items can not be reset. It is amazing how one day you might be looking for an odd item and find it in one of these older free packs. (The Buildings are great for distant objects or a child's toy!)

Before I bought my PC membership there were a ton of cool things (like the Courtyard) in the club. And for a while they kept adding to the list of awesome models. Lately, I've been disappointed at what they've uploaded to the club. Things I personally wouldn't pay $2 anyways. Was also disappointed to see all the items the membership had no effect on price wise. I keep getting $5 vouchers .. and can't use them on anything I want.

Up to 50% of a voucher can be used on PA items and 100% of it can be used on DAZ items. If you have a $5 PClub voucher and want to use it on a brokered item that's $5, you can use up to $2.50 of the voucher. (It's almost always the full 50%; there are only a few exceptions.) If it's a DAZ Original item that's $5 then you can use the entire voucher and get the item for free. If the item is $10, then the voucher will (almost always) be usable for the full $5 amount of the voucher. You can't use the voucher on resale items like XFrog Trees, but that's a very small percentage of the store and those are marked as resale items. Hope this helps, Cres
