Subject: Variable tree color? Urgent help needed...

Hey guys, Got a bit of a problem here. My client wants to see 3 types of conifers over an ecosystem...each varies in color. Does anyone know how to vary the conifer (or any tree) between 3 different colors? Is this a function?

http://www.renderosity.com/tut.ez?Printable=987 I haven't done this tut personally but maybe you could use it to make 3 different trees for your ecosystem

Also check your Infinite manual, there is a tutorial just about this, variable colours in ecosystems.

The trick is to drive color using an object position node, like in the tut in the Infinite manual.
