It's only a sentence, but it looks like 'a new version of Bryce' is coming out this year. Knowing my luck, it'll be version 5.75..;)

Ahhh man!

For some reason I thought I was really gonna see something.

I've given-up waiting on Bryce for now, I'm much more anxious to see what Pixologic's gonna give us with that free 2.5 update of theirs, 'cos apparently there's stuff they're not telling us about - as well as the kick-ass stuff they 'have' told us about.

it's been known bryce 6 will be coming out later this year for a while now. but yay for generic 'let's make the poser community happy' announcements. drac

Actually, Dan just said they would make an announcement. Which means sometime in 2008 we'll see version 6.

When it comes to the ownership of bryce i've been out of the loop the last time i was following things mojo world was trying to buy bryce i was using bryce5 then now i have this bryce 5.5 Daz/studio did daz but bryce and in the daz free downloads is there anything that can be imported directly into bryce?

Jcleaver - I think it was a few weeks ago that it was announced over at DAZ that Bryce 6.0 will be released this year. deadman67 - Yes, DAZ has bought Bryce, they now own it. Yes, the figures Vicky & Michael are free from DAZ, they can be downloaded, posed/textured in DAZ Studio, and be brought in directly to Bryce with a button click. I haven't tried everything, but I would ASSUME everything in the DAZ freestuff would at least be able to be used in Studio, and then brought over directly into Bryce. DAZ also has a Bryce specific freestuff area started now. AgentSmith

I'm halfway expecting 'Bryce Studio'..;) I hear rumors, and I don't hang that much around DAZ (Compared to here, the quality of my stuff ain't up to snuff..;), but I thought it was as close to something that might be news..;)
This is probably something like 'Kremlin Watching'; who stands closest to whom on Lenin's tomb..;) just thought I'd pass on something I saw in the Poser forum..
