Subject: define brushes (none select able)

ok ive been making brushes for adobe cs for a long time now and never ran into this problem.. Im unable to select DEfine brush.. I have tryed ever thing , any answers.. Remind you i know how to make brushes and need info on what happed

never mind..
the new image file created was at 300dpi (resolution)
it seems for brushes it cant be that high 200 seems to be it. For "creating" that is, but you can stamp them on to a new back ground at 300 dpi so as this works for me....
first time i ran into this problem =)
