Quick and dirty.....First sort them according to what they are; materials, objects or skies. If they came in a zip file, unzip them to a folder, each type to it's own folder.
Then go to;
My Computer, Local Disk, Program files, DAZ(or Corel), Bryce, Presets- there you will see folders for the materials, objects, and sky presets. Each folder has two subfolders 'Installed' and 'User'
Place the files in the corresponding folder, objects to objects, materials to materials, etc. in the 'USER' folder.
Note: if the objects you have downloaded are in any format other than .obp (Bryce native format) you will have to open Bryce, and 'import' the object to use it.

Hi Eyelene I would like you to see a thread not long ago, (about a week). regarding this very problem. Zhann is right, but, you can only put so many files into the 'user' folder or they wont all show up....If you read down to my (I think) second to last post, there is a picture explaining it to you with more folders to use. Its clear enough but if you need anymore help, give us a IM (Instant message) and I'll get back to you. Marc :)

I have a tutorial on how to organize your presets. Start early! There is so much great stuff for Bryce. Very easy to get too much stuff and not be able to find it. Don't know how many times I spent looking for the "perfect" material that I know I downloaded, but couln't find when I needed it!LVS - Where Learning is Fun!

Greetings, I just started using Bryce 5.5 & am really excited about learning it. I downloaded a whole lot of cool objects, materials & sky effects but now I don't know how to put them into the program. Does anyone know of a tutorial (not too complicated) that will tell me what to do?
