Subject: Adding a merchant to favorites???

How does one add a merchant to your favorites list? Before the store revamping, there was a link to add that merchant to your favorites on the product page. I couldn't find it. I went to my home page and there's a link there to "manage" your favorites list. That link works ok, but when I use the option to add a merchant, I keep getting an error page stating that I have not entered the name in correctly. Problem is that I've entered it correctly. Several times. I even changed between upper and lower case since it's "case-sensitive". Still I get the error message. What am I doing wrong?

Manage my home page (at the top)
Favourite merchants (at the top)

Also, try using "copy/paste" instead of typing.

Be prepared to get oodles of spam in your mailbox. The system doesn't send out just one email to you, it sends 3 and it keeps on sending them. And it's not easy to remove a favourite merchant either. I deleted all 2 of mine and I still got emails. It turns out the system deleted them from the area that I was using (above), but they were still showing up on my homepage and I had to go to my homepage by a different route (clicking my user name on the forum) and visit my homepage and then delete it there.

I'd hold off until they get the new software set up if I were you.

Tried that and still got the same error. All I was wanting was to get a heads up when a certain merchant releases the V3 version of one of their existing products. I tried copy/paste the name too and still get the error that I've spelled it wrong. David

There seems to be 2 places that you can manage your favourite merchants. I was having trouble with numerous new product release emails and posted in that thread. Maybe it will help you get to the right spot to add a merchant?

Thanks that helped. I ended up using the link that Clint had posted and that seems to have done it. Weird that the regular home page couldn't do it whereas the store version of my homepage could. David

Hello, I went to my home page, and tried adding Axeye to my favorite merchants and it keeps telling me name not found. I favor the old method better when we could just click on the name in the MP. Warm Regards, Nancy

What I did was go to the marketplace, and then clicked on my home page from there. Towards the bottom of the page is where the favorite merchants things is. On the extreme right of that section is an "Edit" link. I clicked on that and had to add the merchant in by hand. David
