Hi, Any of you guys used the "Instant Hair 3" and/or 4 for the Posert program? Here is the link... http://market.renderosity.com/mod/bcs/index.php?ViewProduct=44423 The images look great but not too sure how it is applied in Poser? They don't seem to be .hr2 or .hrz files? Beofre I purchase the products, I would welcome some advice on how they are applied within Poser... Thank you all in advance.... Cheers vxg139

They're actually applied in postwork, on top of the rendered image, so you can't really use it in Poser, but you'd use it after rendering. MS

Attached Link: http://www.lullys.com/

Lullys site has some free handpainted hair overlays, along with a tutorial on how to paint your own hair.

You can always try them and then decide if that type of hair is right for you. I downloaded them a few months back and tried them. They are very pretty but I personally had a hard time with this type of hair because no matter what I did I ended up with a wig look. However, I've seen some nice results in the galleries using such hair. So I guess it all depends on the talent of the person using it.

There are a ton of hair models for Poser.

Search the free area here for "hair"

You can also search at Mystic Nights for "hair".

http://mystic-nights.com/directory/index.php

There are also hair models at these links:

http://digitalbabes2.com/

http://www.3digitalcrafts.net/studiomaya/1download/wig1/wig1.html

http://posetteforever.com/forum/portal.php

And a ton of hair models at Daz, RDNA, Poser Pros, Renderosity, and 3D Commune.

Also, all hair can be used across figure with adjustment of the scaling dials. You'll need to parent it to the figure if you are using it for a figure that it's not made for.
