Poser - OFFICIAL F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2024 Dec 23 7:38 pm)
There's a graduation cap at DAZ freebie archives :). Gown is hard to find though.

Perhaps the Daz Wizard Robes could be used, textured appropriately?

You just can't put the words "Poserites" and "happy" in the same sentence - didn't you know that? LaurieA

Someone else asked not long ago. You can see that thread for some information."It is good to see ourselves as
others see us. Try as we may, we are never
able to know ourselves fully as we
are, especially the evil side of us.
This we can do only if we are not
angry with our critics but will take in good
heart whatever they might have to
say." - Ghandi
Hmm ... that link seems to be going in a circle. For a recent website illustration I did for a local civic group I used the DAZ freebie cap and parented (not conformed) the DAZ Shepherd's Robe. Any of the robes would probably have worked. The figures were Luke and Laura so it was a matter of scaling, pose adjustments and hiding visible body parts. As well as retexturing, of course. Fairly easy and quick to do for a one-shot static render. If you are doing animation or multi panel work (comics or book illustration) this method probably isn't practical.
You could also try conforming the available robes to one of the M3 or D3 to young teen morphs available in the free section here or on the forum I mod at: http://poserpower.com/phpBB2/index.php
