hi, why am i not receiving my newsletter

Hi popeye, I just forwarded you a copy of last week's newsletter. Your profile appears to be set correctly to receive the HTML version of the newsletter. However, if you don't receive it again this week, you might want first want to double check your the email address in your profile is valid. The other reasons the newsletters don't get through are firewalls and overly aggressive spam filters. The newsletters get sent from newsletter@renderosity.com. Setting this email address up as an approved address will sometimes resolve the issue. Please let me know if you continue to have problems not receiving the newsletter.
