Subject: Changing Computers

I recently bought a faster Computer. How do I go about switching the Poser 6 to the new machine. I have been afraid to uninstall before It goes on the new computer. It keeps saying somelse is using the number. Can I just unstall on the old one and install on to the new one?

This problme is only if your both computers are on(line) in the same moment using network-connections. You can use a firewall which stops the network-connect of Poser on your older computer. Andrea

Make a copy of your runtime folder complete. Install Poser on your new machine and then replace that runtime with the one you copied, worked for me when I bought a new PC.
