First, I am NOT the greatest. (maybe 2nd or a close 3rd, but that would be conceited and conceit is a fault and I don't have any faults.) ;=]

Catch your breath and if you want the CD (and who wouldn't (rhet)) ... you need to email me your full address, ok?

Otherwise, if I just stick one in the mail and tell the postal clerk to ship it east ... the odds of you getting it before the sun burns out are, to be quite frank (or george) about it, are slim and none. Take your pick.
