Vue F.A.Q (Last Updated: 2025 Jan 30 6:52 am)
Go for the boxed version (IMHO)... That way, if (and I hope it never happens to you, but it might) you have a HD crash, or if you upgrade your machine you already have a "backup" to reinstall from (the provided CDs). Plus, if and when a better landscape generator comes along, or you get a new interest and don't want to play with Vue any more (shame on you if that happens, but it might), you have something physical to sell on e-bay..:-)) Cheers, Diolma

After a long and I mean long hiatus Im thinking of coming back to Vue. I have Vue 4 Pro so Im thinking of upgrading to Vue 5 Infinite. The Boxed version gives you a nice printed manual but not sure if the downloadable version gives it to you in a PDF. Should I go for the Vue 5 Infinite download ($179) or should I pay the extra $20 for the boxed version?
