Subject: Tornatos, not photography ?

Watching news tonight. Saying 69 tornatoes touchdown is various states of southern USA. I am going to Santa Fe in July, doing the workshop with National Geographics. The part of the prize i won. Dont laugh but do they have them there. Because i have only ever witnessed them on documentaries and news on TV, i cant imagine ever wanting to be near one. 27 people they stated lost their lives. Sometimes the smaller things that cause us worry in our lives will never compare to others true sufferings. Would love any wisdom on this question. Thanks Chris:)

I had a dream about a tornado just last night!

I don't know that July is known to be a tornado month and when I was in Santa Fe, it did not seem like tornado country -- and least not that I saw. I would know worry about it, you have more chance of getting hit by lightening. Everywhere in the world has it's own weather issues. The chances of anything so severe happening again so soon are slim (knocks on wood). It was a record setting event, but you can't let it worry you. Just go to the workshop and enjoy yourself. Santa Fe is beautiful. :)

Yeah Chris not something you can forward plan is it! I am sure the Tsunami victims had no idea that was on the way.. Some worry about flying when you have more chance of being hit by a lorry!! Enjoy your prize

99% of the things we worry about never happen! A friend of mine was struck by lightning last year and survived. I was in one of the major earthquakes in California when I was younger and I moved closer to a volcano LOL :P You really have to just live your life and deal with things as they come at ya..... or else your not really living! On the other hand..... I really don't think you should take the chance and "I" should go in your place!!!! Hahahhaha! LOL;P

You say Tornatos I say Tornados You say potatos I say potados Tornados, Potatos, Potados, Tornatos, Lets call the whole thing off. ;D

And every one said, 'If we only live,
We too will go to sea in a Sieve,---
To the hills of the Chankly Bore!'
Far and few, far and few, Are the lands where the Jumblies live;
Their heads are green, and their hands are blue, And they went to sea in a Sieve.

lol Lostpatrol that is funny. Mainly just wanted to know if tornados state. As living in another country i am not familiar with which states suffer tornados. Sad for those who lost their lives. No way will i let you go in my place Bentchick. I cant wait and learn more about photography. Also i was lucky as far as the Tsunami as we had just recently been to Thailand and where we stayed it suffered badly. I am not worry about mother nature but was just wondering what States in USA affect. What will be will be:) Chris
