can poser render an alpha channel?? i mean, that it leaves the background deleteable in photoshop with a channel like 3dstudio or cinema 4d???

I think it makes one by default when you render as a tiff, and have the backgound render to black (checkbox).

You can render straight to Photoshop format and an alpha channel is automatically included. I do that as a default now with Poser 4.

speaking of that how can you shut off that default option? I always get an alpha channel and it is a reall pain in the butt if I forget to delete it before I create a giff of the image.

I think you can just choose a format that doesn't support them.
