Sure. Depending on which character you are texturing, you can use Vickie or Michael's template @ Daz or use the texture jpg of Jessi or James in the Runtime folder. Use PS to overlay or paint your real skin texture on top. Once your skin texture is ready (or relatively ready because you'll most likely have to do a number of render tests), go into the material room in Poser and in the Diffuse node apply your new texture (or replace it with the old one that's already there). It'll take some patience and a lot of trial and error until you get it right. So, don't get frustrated.

I've always found that skinning my vict- I mean, MODELS, takes a lot of time... then trying to stretch it out in the right pattern to snowultan's seam guides take a bit of work, and a few days drying out... nd the cost of runnig a scanner big enough to do the whole image in one go... What, you mean that's not what you other guys do??? jonthecelt
there is a veritable cactusload of tutorials out there; here's just one. use google, and join the poser-specific forums on various 3D sites, there are many more available than what google finds. i think planit3D had a most excellent photorealistic skin one, but i can't find it in my bookmarks right now.

I have a question about PS CS2 and Poser. Is there any way in Photoshop that I can take a real picture of skin and be able to clone that to make a texture for a character? Then implement it within Poser 6? TIA. Adrian
